Made with fresh wasabi and yuzu. Enjoy the aroma of yuzu with a mildly sharp taste of wasabi.

A few drops are often enough. Ideal for carpaccio, tartare, sushi, salads, steak or pizza. For fish carpaccio, it works best with white fish. Delicious with raw langoustines and shrimp or scallops.
