Traditionally fermented, over 20 years aged Junmai sake. Yamahai (traditional fermentation) and koshu (aged): jukusei-style. Smooth and full-bodied with caramel notes. Delicious with meat, but also with soy sauce, miso and spicy dishes. Drink at room temperature or slightly warmed.

Bittersweet port-like Junmai sake with deep caramel flavor. Made only once. Some of the water in ingredients has been replaced with sake (kijoshu) and aged (koshu) since 1997. Use as an aperitif, digestif or with any dessert. Drink at room temperature.
