Traditionally fermented, over 20 years aged Junmai sake. Yamahai (traditional fermentation) and koshu (aged): jukusei-style. Smooth and full-bodied with caramel notes. Delicious with meat, but also with soy sauce, miso and spicy dishes. Drink at room temperature or slightly warmed.
