Description
It is difficult to find a yuzu powder with just the sweet and aromatic flavor that makes yuzu so unique; but with this variety from Kochi, it has succeeded!
Through “rapid spray dehydration,” moisture is extracted from the yuzu juice without losing flavor. It takes 7.5 liters of yuzu juice to make 1kg of yuzu powder. Dextrin is added to the powder to prevent oxidation.
The juice comes from the Kochi region: the yuzu region of Japan. The powder has a nice balance between sweet and sour without a bitter aftertaste, unlike powders made from the rind of yuzu.
Season deserts, sauces and marinades with a nice yuzu aroma.
