Tomasu Sambal is the “leftover” from Tomasu's sweet and spicy soy sauce. After the soy sauce is extracted, the sambal is fermented for another 6 months. Handcrafted in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. Fantastic flavor bomb and deliciously spicy.

Description
This Tomasu Sambal is made from Madame Jeanette chilies and sesame seeds soaked in their sweet & spicy soy sauce. The process begins with brewing soy sauce for over 24 months, followed by another 6 months to create the sweet & spicy version. The final step is to let the residue ferment for another 6 months, resulting in a truly unprecedented sambal.
