Description

This Tomasu salt is made from gros sel de Guérande (salt), harvested in Brittany, France. Since this salt is one of the 4 ingredients used to make their soy sauce, it felt natural to make a salt with soy sauce. They fill barrels with salt and then top them with freshly squeezed soy sauce, allowing the flavors to meld and mature, resulting in a uniquely flavorful salt.
