Jun-NIGARI is a natural derivative of seawater and serves as a coagulant for preparing tofu from soy milk. It works optimally with soy milk that has a protein content of 11% and is specially matched with BANRAI's original soy milk for making fresh tofu. Every 125 ml of BANRAI soy milk requires one serving of Nigari. With this package of 8 servings of Nigari is you process 1 liter of soy milk.
