Oyster Leaves have a slightly salty taste and are strongly reminiscent of oysters. The nickname vegetarian oyster is therefore appropriate here.
When combined with seafood dishes, they are an interesting addition to the ingredients that can be used. Oyster Leaves can also be used as a salty counterpart. Think of the combination surf and turf. But the leaves are also challenging with coffee or chocolate.
Oyster Leaves are native to the coasts of Northern Europe and America. The leaves we offer are of a specially selected variety with a distinct flavor and texture.
Oyster Leaves are available year-round.
