Dutch Pure Ginger Juice
What is Dutch ginger juice?
Dutch ginger juice is juice from our Dutch ginger. This ginger was grown by us in our greenhouse. Because of this, we know exactly how this ginger was grown. This way, we guarantee a 100% clean juice without contamination from heavy metals or chemical pesticides.
This ginger provides much more juice than ginger from abroad. This is because this ginger is first dried to have a long shelf life. Because of our short chain, this is not necessary and we get about 20% more juice from our ginger.
This ginger juice is 100% pure juice with no additives such as apple juice. Because of this, the sugar content is low and you decide in what proportions you want to use it and it is suitable for cooking.

Save
Our pure ginger juice is pasteurized immediately after pressing. In this process, the juice is heated for a short time (<1min) (70-80°C). This kills harmful organisms but leaves healthy minerals and vitamins virtually intact.
This makes it keep safely outside the refrigerator for a long time as long as the bottle is closed. After opening the bottle, it should be kept in the refrigerator and is fine to use for up to 2 weeks after opening. You will notice that the juice will darken a bit due to oxidation.
