Sechuan Button is often used as an infusion in cocktails and amuses. The taste of Sechuan is flavor-inducing, neutralizing. Given its intense mouthfeel, we recommend extra care in preparation and wine/food pairing.
Sechuan Buttons is found in both Africa and South America and probably predates the time when these continents were separated. The name refers to the taste sensation, similar to dishes from Chinese Szechuan cuisine.
Sechuan Buttons are available year-round.
