Description
Brewed in the Netherlands. This sweet and spicy soy sauce is flavored with sugar extracted from local Dutch sugar beets, sesame seeds and Madam Jeanette peppers. Based on Tomasu's signature soy sauce which slightly softens the spicy flavor and enhances the taste of the pepper.
This bottle is an experiment and was made using their homegrown peppers. And not just any average peppers! The relentless search for flavor brought Tomasu to the pepper collection of the Center for Genetic Resources, The Netherlands (CGN) which kindly provided them with several varieties.
