Sakura leaf powder (Japanese cherry blossom) - 100 grams

Recipe for Sakura Latte (1 serving)

Ingredients:

• 3 grams (1.5 teaspoons) of sakura leaf powder

• 150 ml hot milk (also vegetable possible)

• Optional extra sweet (e.g., honey, syrup or sugar)

Preparation:

1. First stir the sakura powder into a small amount of warm milk until completely dissolved.

2. Add the rest of the milk and sweetener.

3. Optional: froth the milk and garnish with edible flower petals or a pink powder from our selection.
