Paztizz Tops® is an ingredient with a distinct anise flavor and wide applicability.
Its fresh taste goes very well with fish dishes and its combination with game is definitely surprising. Paztizz Tops can also be used to refine sweet dishes. Aperitif lovers will experience the amazing similarity between the taste of Paztizz Tops and that of a famous French anise drink. The needle-like soft leaves also give Paztizz Tops excellent decorative value.
The plant is native to Central and South America where the leaves are used for preparing tea, among other things, but also has medical uses.
