Description
A deeply flavorful plum sake made from 21 years of aged Biden sake. The sweetness of the plums is combined with the characteristic almond-like aroma derived from the plum seeds. Mii no Umeshu has a very pleasant balance between sweet and sour. Pure, fruity and refreshing. Drink ice cold, pure or with ice.
Brewery
Mii no Kotobuki, formerly known as Inoue Gōmei and founded in 1922 is a brewery with strong ambition. The sake is brewed in small volumes from local Itoshima Yamadanishiki rice based on slow brewing method. In addition to this plum sake, they produce the Mii no Kotobuki, Biden and Eiden brands. By now they have established a good reputation in the world of authentic premium sake.
