Shiso Delight (plum shiso manadrin juice) - 500 ml

Japanese umeboshi plum juice flavored with purple shiso and Mikan mandarin. Very fresh, slightly sour and sweet taste. To be used in sauces, bavarois, ganaches, ice cream etc. But also delicious to drink in (sparkling) water and cocktails.
