Designed by our sake importer Yoigokochi. The result of painstaking experimentation, which is the ultimate balance of sweetness and sourness. Yuzu, the Japanese citrus fruit so popular in restaurants around the world, now as an intensely refreshing sake drink. And, for the first time based on 100% pure cork dry slow brewed yamahai sake and 30% pure yuzu juice. Drink cold, pure or with ice, or use as a surprising ingredient in a cocktail. Store cool and dark. If there is an oily film on top, simply shake. It is just proof of the purity of this yuzu sake.
