Description

This version of Tomasu sambal is the first they have made with their homegrown Madame Jeanette peppers. After brewing their sweet and spicy soy sauce, we allowed the residue to mature for six months, creating a unique sambal. The selected variety proved to be very resilient, a fantatic flavor and aroma.
