Description
The horsehair brush for sushi is an essential tool for any sushi chef or home cook. The brush has soft, natural horsehair bristles that are perfect for gently brushing (soy) sauce on sushi rolls, sashimi or when making pastries.
The wooden handle of the brush is made of high-quality wood. To maintain the brush, we recommend gently cleaning it with a mild detergent and warm water after each use. Make sure that as little water as possible gets on the wooden handle. Then rinse the bristles thoroughly and gently reshape them with your fingers. Finally, allow the brush to dry completely before using it again or storing it in a cool, dry place.
