Original bamboo spice jar. Useful for sprinkling sansho or a Japanese 7-spice chili pepper mix (Shichimi Togarashi). This kind of jar is usually widely used in restaurants in Japan.
Fill the jar by removing the wood cap from top. Remove the wooden pall on the side to sprinkle the herbs.
