Made from 100% Japanese non-GMO soybeans, Banrai Soy Milk is rich, pure and free of preservatives or additives. Its high content of soy ingredients (over 11%) exceeds standard soy milk (2-6%) and is ideal for making tofu, cooking or as a beverage. Thanks to the traditional karayaburi method, the soymilk is less bitter, bringing out the natural sweetness of the soybeans.

Banrai Soy Milk's smooth texture and natural sweetness make it versatile in desserts, breads, beverages or when making homemade tofu. With 11% soy ingredients, it offers reliable coagulation for tofu. Combine it with Banrai Nigari Liquid (sold separately), a natural coagulant made from mineral-rich seawater, to easily make fresh tofu.
Making Your Own Tofu Has Never Been Easier
To make tofu, mix 125 ml of Banrai Soy Milk with 1 bag of Banrai Nigari. Heat gently, cover and let stand to solidify. Banrai Soy Milk is ideal for use in donabe pans, suitable for both shared and individual servings.

Thanks to its special packaging, Banrai Soy Milk has a shelf life of 365 days and can be stored unopened at room temperature, making it perfect for stocking up for everyday use.
