Wasabi powder based on freeze-dried fresh wasabi which preserves the fantastic flavor and sharpness of fresh wasabi. A classic with sushi, fantastic with fish and delicious with meat.   

Mix one part powder with one part water to make a paste. Taste and sharpness develop after 3 - 5 minutes and last 30 minutes before reducing.
