Tomasu Special Sambal
This version of Tomasu sambal is the first they've made using their homegrown Madame Jeanette peppers. After brewing their sweet and spicy soy sauce, the let the residue mature for six months, creating a unique sambal. The selected variety turned out to be very resilient, with peppers that tasted and smelled fantastic. But most of all, it’s incredibly satisfying to work with peppers we’ve grown themselves.
