Yakitori bars for Konro B10
The Konro grill is comes with grilles as standard. This is very useful for pieces of meat or vegetables. But of course also for skewers.
However, for yakitori (grilled chicken), two bars are often used that are placed over the grill. The meat on the skewers hangs beautifully above the coals. This will grill the meat more evenly. If you use square skewers you can also easily turn them.
The bars are made of stainless steel and are slightly longer than the grill. Because of this and their heavy weight, they stay in place well.
Sometimes aluminum foil is put around the bars to keep them clean and prevent blackaning. However, this is not necessary.
