Authentic hand-made brown miso.
Deep and tasty, slightly sweet brown miso. Made in the most traditional way, without any additives or preservatives. High koji content, very flavourful, excellent for cooking. Use for miso soup or dressing, or to enhance taste and depth of any dish.
Store dark and cool. After opening store in refrigeration.
