Negi oil
This awarded oil made by the number one producer of negi in Japan, is soft with a exceptional negi flavor. Most people know negi from it's long white stems with green leaves. This variety if mostly grown for it's green leaves, growing over 80cm high.
This oil give a very nice round garlic flavor to a wide variety of dishes.
