It is actually more than a Junmai Ginj\u014d, as the polish is Daiginj\u014d-level. Slightly sweet and slightly sparkling with balanced acidity.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #3b5249;\">Recommended at<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Nabeshima goes well with light-strong tasting dishes. Drink cold.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #3b5249;\">Brewery<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Founded in 1885, the Fukuchiyo Shuz\u014d brewery is part of a cluster of sake breweries in the premodern market town of Kashima. A relatively small traditional brewery, its exquisite Daiginj\u014d and Junmai Ginj\u014d sake are nationally and internationally acclaimed, making it sought after by specialty sake stores and bars.
