Drink ice cold, pure or with ice.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #3b5249;\">Brewery<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Mii no Kotobuki, formerly known as Inoue G\u014dmei and founded in 1922 is a brewery with strong ambition. The sake is brewed in small volumes from local Itoshima Yamadanishiki rice based on slow brewing method. In addition to this plum sake, they produce the Mii no Kotobuki, Biden and Eiden brands.
