The result is a deep, full-bodied but refreshing strawberry sake. A nice aperitif or dessert, paired with chocolate, or as a topping on ice cream or yogurt. It also does well in a black tea.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Drink chilled, with ice or as a spritz!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Perfect for a hot summer day!<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #3b5249;\">Brewery<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Established in 1928, Heiwa Shuzo (Peace Brewery) is located just outside Kainan City in Wakayama. The site of the brewery was a temple for more than 500 years before the brewery was established. Sake production did not begin until 1957. The brewery is located in a valley surrounded by mountains blessed with abundant rainfall, resulting in a limitless supply of good quality soft spring water, perfect for brewing Sake.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The \u2018Tsuru-ume\u2019 range was created to reflect the quality of the many local products available in Wakayama. By working directly with Ume &amp; Yuzu farmers, Heiwa Shuzo is able to secure some of the country's best fruit. Wakayama Ume represents 40% of all Ume grown in Japan and is considered the best Ume fruit source.
