Bittersweet kij\u014dshu (port-like sake) with deep caramel flavor.  Use as an aperitif, digestif or with any dessert. Drink at room temperature. Store dark.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #3b5249;\">Recommended at<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Meat, as well as soy sauce and miso seasoned and even spicy dishes.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #3b5249;\">Brewery<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Nakano BC is a relatively new brewery, established in 1961. Kinokuniya Bunzaemon is the brewery's main brand. In 2007, it added a new line of long-aged pure sake called Ch\u014dch\u014dky\u016b.
