sugar in a saucepan to 50 degrees.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Melt the gelatin in this.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Put this into the kitchenaid basin and beat this cold until fluffy.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Grab a bowl and grease it with oil\/baking spray.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Place the marshmallow in the greased container lined with butcher's foil and let it stiffen in the refrigerator.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">When fully risen cut the marshmallow to desired size and then roll with yuzu sesame.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong><br \/>Miso mayonnaise<\/strong><\/span><\/p><ol><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Take the blender and put the cup on the scale.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Put the egg yolk, mustard, miso paste and vinegar in the blender.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Now swirl until nice and even.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Now slowly pour the oil already on top of the mass.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">When the mayonnaise is ready season with salt and pepper.<br \/><br \/><\/span><\/li><\/ol><p><strong style=\"color: #000000;\">Wasabi leaf<\/strong><\/p><ol><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Poke out the wasabi leaf with a
