When is the best time to place my order?

If you want to receive your order before Christmas, order the week before Christmas. Our advice, no later than Wednesday 18 December for shipments to The Netherlands and Belgium

We will not send fresh products on Monday 23 December. These will be sent the Thursday after Christmas.

New Year's Eve

We will send the last orders for New Year's Eve on Monday 30 December. If you want to be sure that your order arrives on time, we recommend that you place your order the week before.

We will not send orders on 31 December and 1 January.

We always have sufficient wasabi in stock. This has a shelf life of up to 2 weeks.

How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

Orders received on weekdays before 12 noon will be shipped the same day. These are usually delivered within 2-3 days around the holidays.

Can I place my order now and have it delivered later?

Yes. Please indicate this in the comments when completing your order.

Is there an invoice with the order?

No, the order itself does not include an invoice. You can safely send an order as a gift.
