Verhit de olie in een wok op het vuur. Voeg als de olie heet is (170-180\u00b0C) twee stuken van de rijstvellen toe. Frituur voor ongeveer 20 seconde en laat uitdruppelen op een keukenpapiertje. Herhaal dit tot de rijstvellen op zijn.<\/span><br \/><br \/><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Snijd de verse zalm in kleine blokjes. Snijd de lente-ui in dunne ringetjes en voeg toe aan een mengkom. Voeg de mayonaise, siracha, sojasaus, sesamolie en suiker toe. Voeg de zalm toe en roer het geheel goed door.<\/span><br \/><br \/><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Rasp de wasabi-rhizoom met de juiste rasp. Leg een gulle eetlepel van de zalmtartaar in de\u00a0 rijstcracker en verdeel de vers geraspte wasabi over de zalmtartaar.
