Het wordt vaak gebruikt als topping voor bruidstaarten maar ook geserveerd in blokjes als dessert. Volgens de traditie worden de kleine blokjes geserveerd op ti-bladeren, bananenbladeren of kokosnootschillen. Je kunt dit dessert van te voren maken en met maar 5 ingredi\u00ebnten!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Wij combineren dit romige Hawaiiaanse recept met de frisse smaak van yuzu. Samen met de meloen is dit een ideale afsluiter van je maaltijd. Klop dit goed door met een garde en zet dit even opzij.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Giet de kokosmelk in een pan en zet hem op middelhoog vuur en roer regelmatig door zodat de melk niet aanbrandt.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Als de kokosmelk kookt voeg je vervolgens het ma\u00efzena-mengsel toe aan de pan en blijf roeren. Verwarm tot het mengsel begint in te dikken, als het op pudding begint te lijken dan kun je de pan van het vuur halen.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Giet het kokosmengsel in een bakvorm of schaaltje en laat het afkoelen tot kamertemperatuur. Dek de vorm af met folie en zet het vervolgens in de koeling tot de pudding is opgesteven, dit duurt ongeveer 2 uur.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Als de pudding klaar is kun je er blokjes van snijden of met een meloenlepel bolletjes van scheppen.
