Bak in 5 minuten hierin de ui, knoflook en aubergine totdat de ui glazig is. Voeg hierna de mosterd, komijnpoeder en twee scheutjes\u00a0Hollandse gember sap toe en bak geurig en goudbruin.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Pureer intussen de helft van de mango met de kokosyoghurt, kurkuma en cayennepeper.
