Tataki is een Japanse bereidingswijze waar vlees of vis kort geroosterd wordt. Het dichtschroeien van het vlees gebeurt in een loeihete pan, op een gril of zelfs boven een vlam. Bij tataki is vlees of vis vanbinnen nog rauw. Na het schroeien worden vaak smaakwakers zoals soja, gember of sesam toegevoegd.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">In dit recept maken we tataki van tonijn. We kruiden de tonijnsteak met togarashi en maken het af met een dressing van sojasaus en limoen. Snijd ondertussen de sjalot in dunne ringetjes. Voeg de sjalot aan de hete olie toe. Bak goudbruin en krokant. Laat uitlekken op een keukenpapiertje.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Meng het sesamzaad met de togarashi. Wrijf de tonijnsteak in met olie.\u00a0 Haal de tonijnsteak door de sesamzaadmix en zorg dat de steak bedekt is. Verwarm een koekenpan op middelhoog vuur. Bak de tonijnsteak 1 minuut per kant, schroei de zijkanten dicht en haal van het vuur.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Rasp en pers de halve limoen. Meng met de sojasaus, limoen rasp en sap en de olijfolie. rasp de wasabi met een wasabirasp en verdeel over het bord. Snijd de tonijnsteak in plakjes en leg over de vers geraspte wasabi. Leg ze op een bord en maak af met de sojadressing en verse wasabibloemen.
